Copy two columns from Excel — QTY and PART NUMBER — and paste them below. The system matches every line to inventory, flags out-of-stock items, applies your secure customer pricing, and builds a cart you can export back to Excel.
Tabs, commas and spaces are accepted. The parser also recognizes PART NUMBER first if the columns were reversed.
For large requests, paste the entire list. Duplicate part numbers are combined automatically.
Zero inventory is shown as OUT OF STOCK and can still remain in the quote cart for sourcing.
